Ruka Sanusi is the Executive Director of the Ghana Climate Innovation Centre, GCIC.
An executive and leadership advisor, Ruka advises enterprises and their leaders in the areas of strategy, operations, and transformation, doing so with a gender and climate lens. A highly accomplished business leader with three decades of international consulting experience in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa, Ruka’s distinguished international career includes senior management employment with PwC, the Commonwealth Secretariat, and Crown Agents, before founding Alldens Lane, west Africa’s first advisory services firm providing business services and executive coaching to women entrepreneurs and female CEOs.
A highly sought-after Speaker, Ruka has provided insights at high-level international forums, including the Oxford Africa Business Forum, COP28, the United Nations General Assembly, the World Bank Annual Meetings.
Ruka serves on several Boards of women-owned companies across Africa.
